On August 1, 2008, Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) Council of Governors adopted resolution number eighty. It was resolved that: (i) the 2008 regular election of Directors should take place in accordance with the rules; and (ii) a regular election of Directors should take place in connection with the annual meeting of the Council of Governors in 2010.
