The development objective of Central African Backbone SOP5 Project for Democratic Republic of Congo is to contribute to increase the geographical reach and usage of regional broadband infrastructure and to reduce the price of services so that more people in the DRC can access information and communication technology (ICT) services. This second level restructuring requires the extension of the closing date by 5.5 months, until June 18, 2021.
