中国北方城市水行业管理研究项目:摘要报告 (汉语)

中国北方正面临着世界上最严峻的水环境质量管理问题。相对较低的水资源占有率,高度密集的人口,以及飞速发展的经济导致严重的水资源短缺以及区域河流,湖泊,沿海区域的水资源退化。报告对如何实现中国城镇供水和污水设施巨大的投资需求,以及如何提高供水和污水企业的绩效进行了调查研究,对城市水行业的发展策略提出了建议。本研究指出了水行业的关键问题,探讨了投资的趋势,并实验性应用了绩效指标评估系统。研究成果在政策制定,改善企业管理,以及完善私营企业参与水行业诸多方面提出了适用性的意见.
