The development objectives of EQRA project are to increase equitable access to primary and secondary education, particularly for girls, in selected lagging provinces, and to improve learning conditions in Afghanistan. This restructuring consists of the following changes: (a) changes in the due date of disbursement condition; (b) changes in the Disbursement-Linked Result (DLRs); and (c) changes to the result framework.
