On November 7, 1962, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) Board of Governors adopted resolution number one hundred and seventy six. It was resolved that, effective September 1, 1962, the figure of $20,000 in Section 14(e) of the By-Laws of the Bank shall be changed to $25,000 and the figure of $17,000 shall be changed to $20,000.
