World Bank-financed projects with community participation : procurement and disbursement issues (英语)

In view of the growing number of projects in the social sector, this study examines procurement and disbursement issues in Bank-financed projects with community participation to collate and analyze Bank-wide experience, to identify issues, present cases of best practices, and suggest, where feasible, possible enhancements to existing policies and procedures.
