The paper examines the determinants of trade among 38 principal exporters of manufactured goods in the framework of a multilateral trade model. The estimates provide support to the Heckscher-Ohlin hypothesis as they show that countries which are relatively abundant in physical and in human capital tend to export relatively physical and human capital intensive products in bilateral trade.
