环境保护施工规范 (Vol. 3) : 中国-福建渔港项目:环境评估 (汉语)

中国福建渔港项目的发展目标是减低福建省选中的几个县的渔业部门对于自然灾害和气候相关风险的脆弱性。不利的影响包括:土地征用,沉积物扰动,疏浚材料泄漏,环境管理实践不足,污水,生活垃圾,社区扰动,安全保障,沉积物污染,噪音,水质恶化,和底栖生物的损失。缓解措施包括:(1)按照国家有世界银行的有关政策准备重新安置计划;(2)准备环境管理计划,包括疏浚材料管理计划;(3)施工现场应远离业主;(4)对废水进行适当的处理与收集,对固体垃圾进行处理;(5)建造生态补偿的人造礁;(6)改善宁德市海域的船舶交通控制系统以及监控执法团队的能力。
