The development objective of the Second Rural Investment Project for Azerbaijan is to improve access to and use of community-driven rural infrastructure and expand economic activities for rural households. The restructuring change is a six-month extension of the project closing date in the additional financing loan agreement from September 30, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
