This policy brief summarizes the findings of a public finance management (PFM) assessment in the heath sector carried out in Lao PDR by the World Bank in July 2019. The study assessed PFM bottlenecks in health service delivery and identified actions to be taken by the government of Lao PDR and other stakeholders, including development partners working in the sector.
