This technical note has been created in an attempt to document the changes in the design of the Kyrgyz Integrated Household Budget Survey (KIHS) and the impact that those changes might have on construction and development of the consumption aggregate and poverty headcount rate between 2005 and 2021 in the Kyrgyz Republic.
