Memorandum for the Afghanistan Resource Corridor Program (Dari)

The purpose of this memorandum is to set out the key success requirements for new terminals that connect with higher-capacity cargo railways. The terminals discussed are for dry general cargo and for containers that transfer between cargo wagons and highway trucks. The transfer may move between either mode.
